I am, at the moment, on the phone with a representative and I am crying. I cannot tell you how many times I've talked with someone who was going to "clear everything up" only to have the same conversation 2-3 weeks later.

Oh Whit, I've had so many similar experiences this year. It is draining! Mine were with HSBC and Wells Fargo...I closed the account at HSBC, but I'm still plugging away with Wells Fargo. I've been procrastinating calling them about an outstanding problem.
i hope that you have been able to resolve your situation...how are you feeling about NACA now that you are in your home? i have clients that are considering going through them and i have heard a lot of mixed feedback.
